These Terms of Use govern your use of flight588, the in-flight cabin experience application and its associated services (the “Platform”). By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

The Platform

flight588 enables selected cabin controls, entertainment connections and flight-information displays where supported by the aircraft and operator. Available features can vary by aircraft, flight, cabin zone, connectivity and operational conditions.

Safe and permitted use

Use flight588 only as intended and follow all crew instructions. The Platform is not a navigation, safety, communications or emergency system. Never rely on it for flight-critical decisions, and do not use it in a way that disrupts aircraft equipment, crew duties or other passengers.

Content and connected services

You are responsible for any account, device or content you choose to connect. Third-party content and services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices. flight588 does not control, endorse or guarantee third-party services.

Availability

We aim to keep the Platform available and accurate, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that flight status, arrival estimates or destination information will always be current. Cabin controls may be limited, changed or unavailable for operational or safety reasons.

Intellectual property

The Platform, its design, software and branding are owned by flight588 or its licensors. You may use the Platform for your personal in-flight experience only. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, interfere with or redistribute any part of it except where applicable law permits.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” flight588 is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the Platform. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and contact
